Food Sensitivity Panel

Many of us walk around carrying chronic inflammation that leads to all kinds of low grade health health issues. From eczema to heartburn to joint pain and fatigue, there is an underlying cause for many chronic health problems. That cause is food sensitivities. Exposure to an allergen will cause inflammation. Allergens that are from IG4 antibodies are hard to detect and cause inflammation 1-2 days after exposure. The Food Sensitivity Panel will identify these low grade allergens and formulate a plan to recover from them. Some allergens need to be removed completely and some can be rotated back into the diet. This test provides a rotation diet that will stimulate the immune system and prevent further allergies.

Instead of using a one size fits all elimination diet, this test will specify problem foods for the individual person. Many times there are foods listed on this test that the person eats regularly that are not listed on general elimination diet plans. As a Naturopathic Doctor, I have seen green beans and black beans as a problem while the same patient is not reacting to gluten. I have seen many patients struggle with generalized elimination diets and not get better. A personalized specific reading is more powerful than following a general “clean” diet.
